Joël Arseneau has enthusiastically led and collaborated on several successful business projects, including Aérosport, REPÈRE & CIE, HORIZON and l’Île Imagin’air. He believes in the social and economic vitality of the Islands and is actively involved in the chamber of commerce, Tourisme Îles de la Madeleine, La Vague, the CTMA transport co-op and the Réseau intégré de communications électroniques des Îles-de-la-Madeleine.

Joël is an outstanding leader and has even earned many awards throughout his career. Joël himself benefited from the mentoring network for many years and still to this day uses a network of coaches for his own growth objectives. He therefore understands better than anyone just how important this type of service can be to budding entrepreneurs. His eagerness to be a mentor stems from his desire to use his own experience to help entrepreneurs gain the perspective they need to analyze their actions and achieve their goals.

The best piece of advice he has for entrepreneurs is:

“Be prepared to justify your limits, because nothing is impossible if you are willing to put in the effort, even if you live in the middle of the Gulf of St. Lawrence!”
