Jocelyn holds a college diploma in administration and a teaching certificate.

He owns the print shops, Imprimerie des Anses Inc. in Chandler and Imprimerie de la Baie-des-Chaleurs Inc. in New Richmond. He is also the co-owner of Concept Métal Plus in Grande-Rivière.

Jocelyn has served on the board of directors of GÎMXPORT for many years and formerly served on the board of directors of the Chambre de Commerce du Rocher-Percé. He also served on the municipal council for the Ville de Grande-Rivière.

Jocelyn’s mottos to live by: “Always persevere, never give up. Where there’s a will, there’s a way! Failure is just an experience you have to go through.”
